How to Start a Professional Soccer Career in Europe

It is no secret that soccer is very competitive in Europe. Every year, players from around the world flock to Europe for their chance to be seen and scouted, while others hope to be noticed in their home countries by European scouts that travel the world over looking for the best talent. Europe is home to the world’s most prestigious soccer clubs: Juventus, Real Madrid, FC Barcelona, FC Porto, etc. However, joining this exclusive club can seem overwhelming, and even impossible.

To help jump-start the professional careers of young athletes, Sportcamptravel is offering a new scouting program in Lisbon (Portugal). Soccer players from age 15, who play soccer in their home countries and dream to compete in Europe, can join a professional tryout in Lisbon this year. When the player arrives to the tryout, the coaches will evaluate his soccer and fitness level. Once accepted, he will have an opportunity to train with talented players from around the world, play against professional clubs, be scouted and have media exposure through a Portuguese sport channel.
