It is a full immersion academy experience based at Athletic Club’s world-renowned Lezama training complex. Soccer players follow a structured daily schedule combining professional football training, academic education, and personal development within a high-performance environment.

Participants train under the guidance of Athletic Club’s coaching staff, following the same methodology used to develop elite soccer players in Spain. The program includes personalized soccer training plans, technical development sessions, and regular performance evaluations designed to maximize each player’s potential.

Players live on-site at the official Athletic Club residence, where they experience the daily lifestyle of academy athletes. Accommodation includes full board, supervision, and direct access to training facilities, creating a complete professional football environment.
